Cal State East Bay departments may request Faculty/Staff/Student pictures to be used for official University business. To have your University ID card ready upon your arrival, we ask that you submit a professional color photo. You can upload a color snapshot showing a full front view of your head and shoulders according to the requirements shown on this site. By using this process, you will avoid lines and save valuable time. Please note that when submitting your photo, a copy of a government approved ID should also be submitted as well. By submitting this photo for your User ID, you agree this photo may be used by Cal State East Bay Student Records and or the University’s Student Health & Counseling Services.
